Sample Schedules

Wondering what an actual session looks like? Here are the sample timelines we'll use for the summer pilot days, a private D&D one-shot, a birthday party, and a family game night. Every booking flexes a bit based on age range, group size, and what your family wants — email us and we'll build a plan around it.

Summer Pilot Program · Aug 21 & 28, 2026

A Pilot Day

Full day at Lanesville Community Center, ages 6–13, running alongside our Junior Facilitators.

Private D&D One-Shot · 2.5–3 hours

A Private D&D Session

Up to a group of 6 children or adults.

Booked at your preferred location, with pre-generated characters — no prior D&D experience needed. Ages 8+ — some light reading and math skills (addition/subtraction) are helpful, and we can help!

Group size determines game selection options — 4–30 children or adults.

Gaming plus the party essentials — the birthday kid picks the games and goes first in the welcome circle.
